I was admitted to practice in August 2014.  Before entering legal practice I worked for over 20 years in a number of Catholic schools in Tasmania as a teacher and principal, including a number of schools in greater Hobart, as well as Geeveston in the South and Wynyard in the North West.

My experience has been predominantly in litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on planning and local government matters, including:

• planning appeals before the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal;
• enforcement, governance and compliance issues;
• property and contract matters; and
• employment disputes.

I have also appeared for clients in criminal and civil matters in the Magistrates Court, and in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in parenting and property disputes under the Family Law Act.
